1. How to Delete Your Account via the App

How to delete your account in the Adem Köse app:

  1. Open the Adem Köse app and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the “Profile” tab in the menu.
  3. Tap on the “Settings” (gear icon) located at the top right of the profile page.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom and tap the red “Delete My Account” button.
  5. Confirm your request by selecting “Yes, Delete My Account and Data” in the pop-up window.

Once confirmed, you will be logged out immediately and the deletion process will begin.

2. Data Deletion and Retention

Types of Data Deleted: Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Personal Identity Information: Your name, surname, and profile details.
  • Contact Information: Your registered email address and phone number.
  • App Usage Data: Your profile picture, your upload photo, appointment history, and in-app preferences.
